We are grateful that God allows us
to be a part of the blessing He is doing in our surrounding area! God has
invited us to join Him as He is blessing a local low-income, senior adult
apartment complex in Knox County.
Upon hearing about the need for
someone to come alongside of the residents and help them with holistic
needs, we jumped for joy and accepted God’s invitation.
This ministry began near the end
of January 2003. We are intentional in providing long-term, relational
ministering to residents as we help meet their holistic needs. We are
able to extend several services to the residents (at no cost): basic car
care services, food and fellowship, companionship and transportation.
God has shown us that we need
these residents just as much as they need us! God has been truly at work
transforming our hearts as we extend the love of Jesus through this
wonderful ministry!
