Coalition and has a passion to see business owners involved in community
transformation. Doug’s community service involvement includes
mentoring urban youth. Doug also serves on the board of Knoxville
Leadership Foundation, Fellowship Evangelical Free Church, Brittany Place
Homeowners Association and the Scott Dawson Evangelistic Association. |

Jon Lawler - is the Director of the Implementation Office of the Knox County 10 Year Plan to End Chronic Homelessness. He serves on a number of
non-profit boards and has had a relationship with Compassion Coalition

Carol McEntyre -
is on the pastoral staff at First Baptist Knoxville as the minister to University students. She has a MSW degree from Baylor University and a MDiv degree from Truett Seminary. She is married to Michael McEntyre who is the youth pastor at First Baptist Knoxville. |

Dr. Adam E. McKee, III -
is the Senior Pastor of Lennon-Seney United Methodist Church. He earned the Doctor of Ministry degree at the Theological School of Drew University, the Master of Divinity Degree from Virginia Union University, and a BA in Sociology from Bethune-Cookman College. He has served a variety of community based organizations as a board member including Habitat for Humanity, African-American Advisory Board at UTC, Chattanooga United Way and Chattanooga Endeavors. He and his wife Charlotte have one daughter who is a student at Howard University. |

is a member at Fellowship Church and has ministered in the areas of rehabilitation work, counseling, teaching and working with the homeless and elderly. She has been married to John, the pastor over missions & outreach at Fellowship Church, for 20 years. They have three children. |

is the Senior Pastor of Salem Baptist Church. Phil is the Mission Development Director for Knox County Association of Baptists and is on the Christian Services Committee of TBC as well as a member of the Norton Institute Board of Directors for Carson-Newman College. He and his wife, Kim, have been married for twenty-two years and have three children. |
